First run Find File and look for anything called 'At Ease' or
'Foolproof'. If either are installed this maybe hiding it. I'm not tuned
as to the specifics of these utilities but they are anti-tamper devices
for Mac OS 7.

If it is just invisible it's probably been hidden by a utility like File
Buddy or FileTyper. It is pretty easy to undo, just look for a utility
called 'Invisible File Copier'. I used this to eradicate a file/utility
on my original LCIII hard disk that kept coughing it's guts up on
startup as I'd removed the accompanying Extension/CP.
