Thanks for all your help!

I now feel kinda disappointed about my mac not being able to graphically
browse the web and for not being compatible with javascript web pages...Up
until now it seemed my Macintosh Classic was at least, operating system
level wise, tied with the Intel 386SX/33MHz...But as for processor level
compatiblity, the speed and compatibility is at least at the level with the
Intel 8088/4.75-8MHz...I have two questions that I would like to have
answered, since I am new to the Macintosh:

Question #1:

What the dickens was Apple Computer, Inc. thinking in their crazed minds
when they released an ancient 68000/8MHz processor in 1990?!?!? The least
they could have done to make the classic better and more popular (and to
get rid of the "Road Apple" rating) was to give it a 68020-30/16MHz!

Question #2:

Where can I get a Binhex copy of the ever mysterious System 7.1?? (Binhex
please! remember the problem with my Mac and MacBinaries?) I have heard a
lot about it from this list! I looked at Apple's ftp, and found System
7.0.0 and from there System 7.0.1, then System 7.5.3-5.5, no mention of
System "7.1" Are you sure you don't mean 7.0."1"???

Thanks to gamba for giving my Mac the ability to do System 7.0! I am ever
grateful!

Nicholas

On his tired old Macintosh Classic, with the ancient 68000 Processor,
losing compatibility by the minute...
