The only hidden files (according to BuscaInvisibles) were Desktop, 
DesktopDB, and another Desktop (DF?) entry.

I did notice that the "good" Plus (the one that earlier kept the date & 
time between power cycles) lost the date & time overnight. :(  The new 
"cowboy" battery shows 4.65v, tested at the connectors in the Plus, not 
on the battery's ends.
