Kinetics / Shiva FastPaths and IIRC Cayman Gatorboxes also use them. 
At some point I need another one so I swapped the DE-9 cable from a 
LocalTalk adapter I had into a MiniDIN-8 PhoneNet adapter.  I've seen 
them around the used market and they may even be available new if you 
dig deep enough (find the Farallon part number and do a web search on 
it).
