Which means, of course, unsoldering the connector and replacing it
with one of the "right angle" style connectors (likes' on the other
end) so that the pass-thru sticks straight up instead of out to the
side...

I'm thinking (when I've got some spare money, that is, right now I'm
trying to get my 9600 to be stable but I digress...) about getting
one of those netcards, a Sonnet IIci-accelerator-in-a-IIsi adaptor,
and a couple right angle NuBus connectors (which have the same pin
spacing and can be cut into the right size for '030 slot connectors)
and making myself up an SE/30 with a IIfx ROM, a netcard, and a
DayStar 40Mhz '040.

I would like sometime to (try to) get a PowerCard 601 working in my
SE/30, but this is all very far-off, and right now I have to pay the
rent (and get a G3 CPU for the 9600, like I said above).
