Have you tried the SyQuest Utilites package on www.syquest.com?  Dunno if
it's still there; if not, try the Mac Driver Museum

The EZ135 shipped with an OEM version of SilverLining Lite but I was able
to format the disks with Drive Setup after hacking it.
