I've a copy of Silverlining 5.5 which might do the trick for you. 
Recently used by a friend to reformat over 300 drives for Compacts that 
will run Sys 6 and assorted elementary ed software in lucky schools 
abroad. However, he says that it has never failed him regardless of other 
factors. I can extract it from the 800K boot floppy it's on and email it 
to ya if ya want...
