and see if you get the same thing I did:

MT4C16270DJ = Micron DRAM, CMOS type, 256Kx16, EDO.

Probably *not* VRAM.  There ought to be a suffix on the above part number,
like a -7 or -6 or something.  Chris - is there anything?
