I'm relatively new to users' groups, and very new to new this one, which uses far more acronyms that the lionel train forum I also belong to. I don't want to start another riot like the one that went on a few days ago, but is there a FAQ that lists these acronyms somewhere? I honestly wouldn't know where to look for that info, and I'm guessing it's not in the MacFaq. That "flame war" as someone put it was a real treat. That unfolded on my first day on this list, and almost unsubscribed, thinking that was the norm here. I'm glad I didn't, as I've learned alot in a just a day or two. I'm also glad to see that that doesn't appear to be a daily occurence, and hopefully I'll see that it's quite rare.
