Use 7.1 on a stock CC, though if you have the memory maxed out, you might could get away with 7.5. If you do the Mystic conversion or swap out the stock mobo for a CC II board and max it out on memory, 7.6 works beautifully. Look on Ebay, they always have system/os disks for sale.
