...and got the MacTCP info there. It should be Config PPP, though, not
MacPPP, shouldn't it? I have no idea about CyberDog, though.... never used
it (I thought it was for later systems than 7.1).

For what it's worth, I prefer FreePPP to almost anything I've used to
connect to the Net. Using OS 8.6, I now connect from the control strip, but
I still remember my joy in using FreePPP, back in the early days of my
Internet access. I like the way it stays up on the top menu bar. It also was
laid out in such a way to be very user friendly.

When I hook my compact Macs up, it's a pity that I'll have to use Config
PPP, which I hate, and not FreePPP.... See:
