It's alive! Turns out that broken off bit was in fact the ground connection from the yoke box to the analog board box. Reattached that, and we have a working PCC... almost. It's in pieces scattered about on my floor. The 630-style PSU is still in the remains of a 6214 case. But, it's currently booted to 8.6 with a 6500/275 logic board, so it is officially a PCC, just not a very compact one ;) I have a couple pictures of it here: http://ncc1701.home.mindspring.com/pcc Quite possibly the least compact compact Mac in existence at the moment. :) Incidentally, anyone know about how many Takkys there are in existence at the moment? Kind of cool knowing I've built a somewhat unique thing. Now for the fun part: modifying the chassis to make the whole thing fit. So, is a PCC/Takky on topic in Compact Macs, PCI Powermacs, or something else all together? Scott Holder *very grinny right now* -- Compact Macs is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/>.
