If you have a LocalTalk network AND an ethernet network, and you can run 
IPNetRouter on the machine connected to both networks, yes, you can use 
IPNetRouter to get your LocalTalk-only computers online.

Be warned, though:
1- this is very slow
2- it is probably not cost effective

As was pointed out in a similar discussion next week, it also requires 
the ability to add a static route, to your LocalTalk IP subnet, in your 
cable/DSL router.
