Or it you are in the UK, Maplin have plastic adjustment tools I 
discovered. The el cheapo ones are only �2.99 - probably cheaper than a 
pair of Bamboo chop-sticks as you most likely have to buy a Chinese meal 
in order to get hold of them here!
