Central Point (more famous for their Apple II tools, I guess) wrote Mac 
utilities that allowed you to copy apps to a hard disk or to create 
backup floppies. There is no mention of disk images but they are a bit 
too modern for the software. I have some of the tools plus a utility 
called MacClone that is supposed to duplicate copy protected disks. 
Please mail me off list for a copy of an 800K HFS disk image of floppy 
utils for the 128/512/Plus.
