Does anyone have an email account at lemlists.com? I just got mine a day or so ago, and am having problems with it. I can receive messages just fine, but can't send any.
When I first opened the account, I had my email program (Claris Emailer Lite) set up wrong, and it would always download messages, even if I had seen them before. Ryan told me how to fix this (and I am thankful, I never would have thought $5 would have bought tech support!) However, I don't think not being able to send messages is my or my software's fault. I've tried three different programs, and none of them allow me to send. Setting up Claris for another email account allowed me to send to two different email addresses. This post is slightly off topic because all these tests were done on a non-compact mac. However, the software I am using is able to be put on my SE/30, and will be once I get this service to work for me. (I want to be able to read about Compact Macs on a Compact Mac). Also, I didn't want to start on the SE/30 because I've never tried to get online with it before. That would be an extra set of variables that is easily eliminated by testing on a known internet ready machine. I guess misery enjoys company, because I'm basicly wanting to know if anyone else is having problems with this service. J White P.S. Please don't take this post as bashing lemlists.com.
