What are you using for your outgoing mail server? Many ISPs block port 25 (SMTP, outgoing mail) and will only let you use their outgoing mail server. If you're trying to use a lemlists.com SMTP, you'll probably have to try switching it to your ISPs. It shoudln't really affect the mail itself, as most ISPs don't care what the outgoing From e-mail address is as long as it's going through their server.
