Black lead in the top right pin-hole of the mouse port.
Red lead in the second to the top right pin-hole.
You should read around 5v. If not, go to the side of the
motherboard and adjust the voltage with a non-metallic (TV Tuner
Screwdriver) driver. Watch the voltmeter. If you can't get to at least
4.6 volts, it's time to either replace diodes and capacitors, or
get another analog board and do an -ectomy.
