Luca:

I suggest replacing the floppy drive. I've had this problem before and it
worked best for me. Floppy drives are little Buggers to work on, at least
for
me they are.

Sometimes a good cleaning, with air, and a little lube, in the right places
works.
When they get crapped up, sometines the floppy just doesn't seat right.

If that doesn't work try finding one on the Swap List, they don't cost
much.
