404 means "file not found" , as in file not found. Sounds like you may
have a config problem with Macweb.
Personally my classic doesn't run a macweb long enough to navigate there
to check.. :)
Someone, could you the .html so you could see if it loads from your hard
drive locally. Have you got email to work on the classic?
