For starters MacWeb 2.0 doesn't like the .shtml suffix.
I downloaded the faq to HD.
Opened it in MacWeb 2.0 and it displayed the source code.
I changed the file name from index.shtml to index.html and it worked fine.
All this on a IIci.

What benefit does a .shtml suffix provide?
