Last month I asked this list to be on the look-out for a hot, totally tricked out SE/30 that was stolen from my house. Well, you can maintain that vigilance still, because there's been no return of the Mac yet. Nor has there been any report from the local police; for all I know, they have already recovered the stolen SE/30 and are using it to download naked pictures from the Net.
I would like to state that there is a special, generous person amongst the subscribers of this list whose email address I've lost, but I believe his name is Nick. If it were possible to call him up right now, I'd tell him THANK YOU! in the most sincerest voice. He told me that he had an extra SE/30 that he'd simply let me have, no cost, what's the address to mail it to...and he has followed through! That is special to me. :-) So, Mac Samaritan, I have your address. I need to send you reimbursement for mailing that beautiful, porcelain SE/30 to me. I am floored by your graciousness. Let the list know that there are some exceptional folks out there. (You've heard of the pickle?)
