if you're only adjusting the size, you can leave the hex adjustment
alone, you want a small insulated straight blade for the others.  should
you need to adjust the hex, you absolutely need the plastic alignment
tools from radio shack etc., it's an inductor, put a metal tool in it
and just having the tool there will change things which makes it very
hard to adjust since removing the tool will change things again.
