Help please!!!

Last night I installed a little app on my Classic II (running System 6.08L,
4MB RAM) called Flash Formatter. Now, when I try to start up, it behaves
very strangely. It chimes fine, and the happy mac appears. Then, after a few
seconds, instead of starting up, a floppy icon appears with a flashing
question mark, like it can't find the system software. I've tried booting
from a floppy, but the floppy is ejected just after the happy mac appears.

Anyone got any other ideas? Is there a key combination perhaps that will
force it to boot from the floppy rather than ejecting it?
