Compacters,
I have a couple of compact Macs (one Plus with external HD; one SE FDHD)
that I want to use an AppleCD 300e Plus. Both Macs are running System 6.0.8
(clean HD install from images downloaded from Apple). CD-ROM drive is known
good. Neither system recognizes the CD-ROM; I assume this is due to a
software problem, most likely lack of an appropriate driver.
Question: what software/driver(s) do I need and how do I install it/them?
(Too many years using 'smart' installers has atrophied my manual install
skills. :-( )
TIA,
Sp00ky
