my current favorite is sophos, they have mac and pc versions (though the mac version probably requires a power pc, i haven't checked). you can download a "demo" free, but it doesn't seem to expire, which is good as it's very expensive, though i would encourage any corporate user to pay for it. it will scan for mac and pc viruses on either platform and will even find pc viruses in .hqx files on a mac. you can get it at, duh, <www.sophos.com>.
