**Not an SE/30 by the way, just an SE/FDHD - Sorry for the misleading
information.

It's connected via a rainbow colored ribbon to a connector on the edge of
the PDS expansion card.

It's an Assante MacCon+ TK/TP

What looks like the ROM is an AT&T Chip with the following numbers:
