Fortunately there are places like the Applefritter forums that show a new generation discovering old Apple computers for the first time. There'll always be inquisitive young minds that resist throwing away old technology and will take it home "to see what it does". Sometimes the dumb questions on Applefritter are infuriating because they could have been answered in ten seconds via a suitably phrased Google search. But it gives a nice feeling to think that younger people can see old Macs as more than just junk. Phil -- Compact Macs is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/>.
