I picked up the 1.5 Mac Con cards which have been in the bin at the local Goodwill Computer Store for the last couple of months. I say 1.5 because one of them is just the PDS card. The card at the other end of the internal cable ( and the cable) is missing.
They both say P/N 09-00005-00 but one is Rev. C1 and the other is Rev. C2. Is there any practicle difference in the two? The bit at the end of the cable came with the Rev. C1. Is there any reason I can't use it with the C2 instead? Finally, the Rev. C2 has a wire hanging off of one of the pins of the upper PDS connector. If you flip the card over its on the upper row, third from the right. The other end of that wire is loose. This wire may not have been there from the factory, but if someone else has one of this revision, does yours have a wire on that pin? If so, where does it go? Finally, does anyone have a spare other half of this interface (the half with the ethernet connectors). I could send you my extra half or you could send me yours, but if there's an extra half out there somewhere it'd be nice to bring them together.
