Yep, there are quite a few -- check eBay.  They run for about $20 on a bad day, less 
on a good day <grin>... Sometimes they are called "baluns" but they aren't. HP made a 
really nice one, and I'd be happy to "donate" it to you, 'cept it caught fire about 3 
months ago after 7 yrs of perfect service.....
