Last summer, my office was throwing out a bunch of old stuff in anticipation of a move. I picked up a bunch of 10b2 cabling, couplers, and quite a few converters (between 10b2, 10b5, and 10bT in just about every combination). I don't have them anymore, but I know these things exist. I don't know how much they'd be to buy them though.
