The international model of the HD20 (model number M0135Z) has a 
100-240V power supply. I assume that the north american model has a 
110V only power supply. Your options are therefore:

1. Obtain the power supply from the M0135Z model (difficult)

2. Swap your power supply for a 220V psu that will fit in the HD20 case

3. Use a 220V --> 110V mains transformer (NOT a voltage adapter 
intended for lower power, low tech devices such as hair driers or 
shavers)
