There should be a rectangular metal hoop on a thin shaft that sticks up and
sits just behind the hole in the case.  If you're missing that, you'll need to
figure out a way to mount it without the bracket, and that'll be somewhat
difficult because the hole in the case is actually wider than the frame around
the ports is.
