Almost certainly a problem with the analogue board or the power supply 
unit - they're separate but linked on SEs and SE/30s.

If you feel competent to open up your SE/30, you might be able to tell 
which visually.

Then you need to source a replacement and fit it. For the 
inexperienced, the latter is harder than the former.

So, question 1: Have you got a Torx driver to open it up?  (Details in 
the FAQ, of course, referenced in footer of this message.)
