Hello kids. here is my story. I have/had an SE/30. Great little box. One day I turned it on and it did not spin up or the screeen did not light up as usual. Instead I started to smell a burnt smell. I then noticed a bright light come from the back. My first reaction was shock... after about 9 sec. of this the light went away then i hurd a POP. After the pop the screeen came up and the HD spun up like it wanted to start. The smell got worse so I just turned it off. ---- Question...; Should I try to start it again? Is my SE/30 toast? -- I did shine a light in the back but could not see any visible blackening or burning... I will appreciate any comment of suggestions. Anthony Jasso - Apple dude
