I used to have one for my HP DeskWriter many years ago but it has retired to
the landfill.  As far as I remember it was like a brick.

The only one I have now is my Apple Color StyleWriter 2200 Power Adapter
(model no M3059) which is 240v to 13v (and doesn't work any more).

All my Macs are dual except my Plus which is 240 only
