The SW II driver is a 24 bit driver written such that 68000s work with it by design while at least some later 32 bit Macs and MacOSs will work with it too. The SE 1200 driver is a 32 bit driver written to require System 7 and an 020 or better to work with it which rules out the SE and all other 68000s.
