Thank you very much. I have downloaded that file and, after a bit of
manipulation, written the image to a diskete using only the PC. Then I've gone
to the Mac, booted with the diskette (it takes AGES!), and extracted the
StuffIt Expander 5 to a folder in the hard disk. And then started the fun...

When I try to run SI Expander from the boot disk, an alert is shown just in the
limits of the screen: I only can see a corner of it, and no text at all (it
sits out of the screen). But I can dismiss it with Return. Then, I open an
archive and try to expand it. Nothink seems to happen. When I reboot using
System 6.0.7, I go to the folder containing the archive, and nothing new is
there. Could it all be because I only have 2 Mb of RAM? Would it be of any help
trying a System 7.0.1 boot disk?

I have tried also to see what happens if I try to run SI Expander 5 under
System 6... just to see a bomb for the first time! :-) (as a programmer, I
can't less than wonder why they haven't put an OS version checking just at the
beginning of the code... but that's another story).

Greetings,

Antonio Rodrguez (Grijan)
