Oh, the pain...

I somehow managed to kill my SE/30.  It doesn't get that the hard drive 
exists anymore.

I was trying to install my new/old ethernet card, and she froze... So I 
did the only thing I knew to do and hit the power switch.

When she came back up, I got a "disk missing" icon.  Put in a recovery 
disk, and it was as if the hard drive and the connected SCSI drive had 
just disappeared.... I have no idea what to do.  Please help!
