It would be a modified 128k board. I would guess it uses an upgrade board clipped over either the CPU or RAM. A company called Dove used to make these. If your 128K had a real Mac Plus logic board in it, it would also have a Mac Plus case back transplant in order to accomidate the different Mac Plus ports. > When the Plus was introduced, did it say Macintosh Plus on the front from the very > beginning? AFAIK, no one has ever seen a factory original Mac Plus that didn't say 'Macintosh Plus' on the front, though I have a poor quality photograph of what appers to be a title-less Plus. On this nameless machine, though, the Apple logo is still in the same place as it is on the regular Mac Plus, not where it appears on the 128k and contemporaries.
