The SCSI port in the battery door was a third part upgrade that 
existed for a while.  It is indeed a 128K originally.

The 128K, 512K and 512Ke all had the same back panel connectors, 
including DE-9 serial ports and a DE-9 mouse port.  The Mac Plus has 
Mini-DIN 8 serial ports and a DE-9 mouse port.

It is not a Mac Plus.  AFAIK the SCSI isn't compatible with the Plus 
and unless this machine had both a 512K and 512Ke upgrade it doesn't 
have an 800K floppy nor the 128K ROMs.
