My apologies, I lost the original thread.

I've decided that I want to keep my CC stock for the
time being but max out the memory, vRAM and add an
FPU. So, I have a couple more questions.

On the FPU, do I just find a 16MHz PLCC 68882 and plug
it into the socket?

Yes!

Anyone know of a good place to buy two matched 30 pin
4MB SIMMs 'sides eBay? :) I think I might have some
in an old IIsi but not sure if I want to raid it. Any
special requirements besides 100ns or faster? Parity?

100ns will be fine; parity is ignored.

Lastly, anyone know of a good source for the vRAM
chip? Also, not clear if I need a 256K chip to add to
the existing 256K or if I need a 512K beccause
plugging the chip in disables the onboard.

You need 256K to augment the on-board 256Kb.
