I need to know if anyone knows how to build a device to allow me to connect a PS/2 keyboard and mouse to my classic II. I have searched for such devices and found the prices rediculus. I am sure it is something I can build myself with the proper pin-outs, and instructions on what is to be done with the two additional wires in a PS/2 device...
If anyone knows please email me. I have tons of PS/2 keyboards/Mice laying around, and it would save me some money if I couls use them instead of buying an ADB set.

I suspect that you would have to design and install/burn an EEPROM to give you the proper signal output. Besides, I can usually pick up ADB mice and keyboards for $1.29 a pound at the local GoodWill Outlet. A little wash up and almost as good as new.
