I was under the impression that installing the IIsi ROM into the SE/30 precluded the need for Mode 32. One of my happy memories, on a visit to northern California a few years ago, was going thru a pile of old Macs in a junkyard in Berkeley with Kyle Hansen and Andrew(Aqua)....looking(unsuccessfully) for IIsi's with removeable ROM SIMMs!!!
