Sounds like they are the same caps that cause same problems in SE/30s. I replace them with chip tantalum caps, which will never leak, are more reliable, but more expensive. Where I buy them locally I also have seen large stocks of the aluminum can type but so far haven't looked at them to see if right ones are there. There's some info on the tantalum caps for SE/30 at <http://home.earthlink.net/~gamba2/se30repair.html>. It's best to use 2 soldering irons when replacing them, to avoid lifting traces.
