Re: SCSI External HD and the CC

In regards to:
Having difficulty getting my Color Classic recognize my 1.2 G external APS
2000 SR Hard drive. Any help would be appreciated. I've attached all the
cables, rebuilt the desktop, surfed the net, but still am stumped.
Do I need extra software? Again, thanks.

You are using os7 or above, right?  OS6 can't read any drive above 1 
gig, if I recall correctly.  I have an APS 1.2g ext scsi drive, too, 
but have never had any trouble with it.  Could you give us some more 
detail about your setup so we, the members of the list, can help you 
better?
