Stuart: I have been following your dilemma. I am starting a Macintosh User Lab for Elderly and Middle-School students (low-income) at my Church where I am pastor of Worship and Technology.
We had a great little shop up in Rockford, IL (a lot of people might have heard of them, but you might not have) that has just donated to us about 20 - 30 Classics, SE/30's, Color Classics, Quadra 605, 610, 650, 840AV, Plus, LC, LC II, LCIII, 5500, 7100, 7300, 8500 and 8223(?). They have a back warehouse about 14,000sq feet piled high with older systems. I have seen (gobs) of what look to be SE/30 and that generation. I will take your need of a donor board with me, and if you give me a way to reach you by phone, I'll call you Thursday mid-morning if I run across something that meets your needs. They have also generously given us about $8900 in software (what would have cost back then) for all of these systems, so I'm sure I can (slip you) help you out with other things in the interest of preservation of GREAT stuff!
