Hi Gamba, The Chooser is active in the two Macs after the boot. About the battery It works in the ClassicI (correct day and date), while I don't have the battery in Plus at the moment, but Plus works as server, while ClassicI doesn't work as server
Every time I try to sharing the HD of ClassicI by the "sharing setup" I always have the message **file sharing could not be enabled** Note I have seen this problem with the ClassicI System 7.1 also before to install the Update 3.0 I have seen this online http://members.tripod.com/thecomputerguy__/symptoms.htm and so I have tried to delete also "Appleshare PDS" file and the file "Users & Groups Data File" in ClassicI , but never is changed, always **file sharing could not be enabled** An other problem I have is when I try to format disks in ClassicI and also in Plus; with the Plus if I try to format floppies DD I have freeze of the OS 7.0 :( and with ClassicI and OS 7.1 with Update 3.0 I have sometimes problems after format DD floppies and many problems to format HD floppies (in particular I see the message "creating directory" and then a freeze or a bomb crash) ...... I use normal DD and HD PC used floppies ..... note that I had not problems to create floppies with diskcopy 4.2 using Plus and ClassicI .....
