Looking at Coast to Coast, according to the article, I see 2 listings which were referred to as being recognized by the 575 logic board OK as valid 128MB chips, tell me if I have it all straight here:
128 MEG 72 PIN 60NS SIMM 32*32-60 EDO HyperSpeed Memory - p/n SHED32U/128/G5V60 $55.00 GENERIC - p/n SNED32U/128/G5V60 $26.00 Does it really make a bunch of difference whether I get the generic or the HyperSpeed version? I read their HyperSpeed is simply a better quality mfd. part, less chanc of defects I guess, as long as either one is compatible with the 575 logic board is the most important issue at stake. I need as much advice as you know to make a decision, thanks guys! ----- Original Message ----- From: "Audun Bdtker" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "Compact Macs" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Wednesday, October 08, 2003 7:43 AM Subject: Re: Photoshop and RAM for Performa 575 > > Are there other vendors more reasonably priced with 64 MB or 128 > > MB 72-pin RAM that works on the Performa 575 logic board?
