I recently purchased a Color Classic upgraded to an LC 575 motherboard and a

could be wrong and how to fix it?

First port of call is to tweak the 'convergence' pot that's accessed via the little hole in the tin can over the PCB on the back end of the CRT.

Open up the CC and start it up. Keep all hands away! With an adjusting tool (packs available cheaply from electronics shops) turn the adjustment while watching the screen. If that doesn't work sufficiently, come back to us!
